Event Space For Hire is a selection of two affordable boutique storefront venue spaces in Downtown Jersey City. They’re great for all types of parties, events, and meets and greets. From pop-up shops to baby showers, we’re sure you’ll love these cozy spaces for your next gathering. Event Space For Hire offers discounts for weekly reservations.
We would love to provide a tour at your convenience. The space is professionally cleaned before your event including powder room, kitchenette, floors, and 25 ft of all-glass storefront windows. The bathroom is stocked with essentialscourtesy. The amenities are a courtesy and include tables sized 24x48, 20x70, and 32”in diameter cocktail high tables, appliances including microwave, 15+ chairs, 2+ benches, flatscreen tv on wheels, and a speaker and microphone.
Rental time includes loading in, setting up, and loading out all that was brought in including trash and recycling. The standard rate is for a whole 10 hour session for $550, 8am-10pm. Feel free to use the speaker and microphone. The city noise ordinance specifies to stop music by 10pm. The space is booked and reserved for your group when the balance is paid in full (no deposits). If you bring alcohol, you will need to purchase a one-day event policy for yourself and costs approximately $125. We can recommend a company to help you secure the one-day event policy.
